Level 1 FA Coaching Certificate
The FA Level 1 (Club Coach) course has replaced the Junior Team Manager (JTM) course. The course is designed to provide a basic introduction to coaching of children up to 16 years of age. There is a balanced mix of practical and theory, including Emergency Aid and Child Protection Modules. Level 2 FA Coaching Certificate
The Level 2 Coaching Certificate is designed for candidates who have had some experience of participation in regular football, at any level, and wish to become more committed to coaching football. A contact time of some 60 hours of guided learning, provides practical demonstrations of basic techniques including passing, ball-control, running with the ball, turning, dribbling, shooting, heading and goalkeeping plus the principles of attack and defence, warm up / cool down. Theory includes planning, preparing and evaluating coaching sessions, football fitness, football food, Emergency Aid, Health and Safety, Laws of the Game and overuse injuries.

Emergency Aid
This 3-hour workshop is suitable for anyone who wishes to improve their knowledge of emergency aid procedures within a football environment.
Child Protection – Goal
Child Protection is high on the FA’s agenda, with the aim of having someone is every club in the County aware of child protection and best practice. Child Protection is about doing things the right way, allowing children to enjoy the game without abuse of any kind. This is a highly informative and thought provoking 3 hour interactive workshop suitable for any adult involved in football from Mums and Dads to Team Managers and Club Officials.
