A contact time of some 60 hours of guided learning, provides practical demonstrations of basic techniques including passing, ball-control, running with the ball, turning, dribbling, shooting, heading and goalkeeping plus the principles of attack and defence, warm up / cool down. Theory includes planning, preparing and evaluating coaching sessions, football fitness, football food, Emergency Aid, Health and Safety, Laws of the Game and overuse injuries.

The cost of the course is £400.00 but £375.00 to those who are members of a Wiltshire Charter Standard Club or under 19 at the beginning of the Season.
