Wiltshire FA - developing football for everyone
Development - take your skills to the next level

Wiltshire County Football Coaches Association

The Wiltshire County Football Coaches Association was formed in February 2008.  The aim of the Association is to create a network of football coaches throughout Wiltshire in order to advance the quality of coaching by sharing ideas, knowledge and experience.

The WCFCA offers members the opportunity to meet on a frequent basis and organizes coach development sessions led by professional coaches at least 4 times each year. As well as these coaching sessions the Association provides a website to keep everyone connected and up to date. The WCFCA 'Dug-Out' offers an ever-present, on-line message board where members can share ideas, knowledge and experience on a wide variety of coaching topics from nutrition and hydration, skills, drills and technique development, to injury management and player psychology. With over 350 separate articles in place the 'Dug-Out' offers an excellent library from which to gain hints, tips and ideas to enhance your knowledge and which can be incorporated into your own coaching sessions.

The WCFCA has also formed partnerships with a number of suppliers. These partners support the activity of the WCFCA by offering discounts to members for football products. The current partner list includes Forsport, The Soccer Site, Soccer Coaching International and Total Youth Football. The discounts offered by these partners could, on their own, fully recover your annual membership fee.

Association membership schemes include Club and Individual options, the Club package offering an excellent way for Clubs to demonstrate their support for their coaches through a single, inexpensive annual membership fee allowing each coach within the Club to gain full access to all the benefits the WCFCA has to offer.
