Existing member clubs are sent affiliation packs in early May each year and encouraged to return them at the earliest opportunity but by no later than 1 July.
From that date, existing clubs will incur late fines and importantly miss out on entry into the season's County Cup Competitions.
New clubs should contact the County Office for further guidance if required.
In order to be affiliated, all clubs and leagues operating teams Under 18 and below must have a Welfare Officer in post who: -
Holds an accepted FA CRB Enhanced Disclosure
Had attended an FA Safeguarding Workshop
Has attended a Welfare Officers Workshop
