Stephen, who is 46 years of age and a family man, took up his appointment on 14th December and will team up with Emma Small (Football Development Officer) who took up her appointment in November.
Stephen has a background of work within Local Authorities of which he worked for some 30 years, and so has very good experience in facility applications and negotiations working with many partners.
Stephen's main outside interest is being Secretary of Tetbury Town FC who play in the Gloucestershire Northern Senior League.
