Volunteer Opportunity - Club Treasurer

Robins FC

Robins FC require a treasurer to commence September 2018. This is a voluntary post and the post-holder should be prepared to complete a free online Safeguarding for Committee members course.

The post holder will be required to report and meet with club Chairman and Secretary every month for updates etc. - this may be reduced all according to work load.

The work includes online banking, reconciliation of standing order payments from players, payments of invoices for training, pitches, referees etc.

You'll be required to keep records of individual team spend i.e. referee, pitch, training, kit and course fees.

Finally, you will be tasked with preparing an income and expenditure report as well as balance sheet for the year end.
