Club Welfare Officer Survey

The FA is currently reviewing the training and support it offers to Club Welfare Officers in under 18's youth football, with the aim to make sure its relevant to the role and prepares the officer as much as possible.
As part of this process, we want to hear from all Club Welfare Officers who have come into post in the last 2 years, asking them to take part in a short survey and share their feedback.
The survey should only take 15-20 minutes and could make all the difference to the support we offer in the future!
The survey will be open until midnight on Sunday 29th July.
