Wiltshire County FA Girls ACC is a bespoke programme designed to support the development of Elite Female Players across the South West of England from U12’s to U16’s

As a County our goal is to provide a professional environment to allow Elite Female Players reach their full potential within the game.

From the Wiltshire ACC programme, U14 & U16 elite players are selected for the FA Girls’ SW Centre of Excellence and attend 5 weekend residential camps throughout the season. Additionally, the SW Centre of Excellence will compete against other FA Licensed Centre of Excellence’s from across the Country. This will provide elite players the opportunity to play against girls of the same ability, with further opportunities of being selected to attend the FA Girls Elite Performance Camps (South West) and ultimately the England national teams.

The Programme supports the long term development of the players and provides them with the tools to achieve their goals while moving through the FA’s England Talent Pathway.
