The FA is going through a recruitment process for additional Referee Tutors - one of which is to be allocated to the Wiltshire FA.

If you are thinking of applying you will need to have the following skill set:

Essential skills

• Knowledge & understanding of current referee development & practices.
• Experience of delivering training to adults & young people.

Desirable Skills:

• Evidence of actively working with referees within the last 12 months.
• Experience of responding to the development needs of individual referees.
