Club Affiliation Window is now open!

We are delighted to announce that you will be able to access your Club Affiliations for Season 2020/21 in the Whole Game System (WGS) Portal from Monday 8th June 2020

We fully understand the complexity and uncertainty relating to Covid-19 and we still await further guidance from The FA and central Government on when football will resume. As a County FA we have made the decision to open the affiliation process, in order to allow member clubs the option to continue with their administration and prepare for the forthcoming season.

To begin the process please log into the WGS.  If you need any assistance with your FAN number please contact us on 01793 486047 and we will be on hand to assist.  If you have forgotten the password assigned to your FAN, you can simply reset this HERE.

Affiliation Costs

Affiliation costs will be waivered for existing clubs and leagues for the forthcoming season and this will include your public liability insurance.

For existing clubs -You will be charged the additional fee per new team.

If your affiliation has not been approved by the league deadline date (each league will confirm the date by which affiliation needs to be completed in order to compete in that league) you will not be entered into the Cup Competition but will still be charged for entry. 

Public Liability Insurance:

Public Liability Insurance is mandatory for all clubs and you can purchase the Bluefin Public Liability Insurance through us or you can provide proof of alternative cover you have taken out independently.  If you have alternative cover, please upload your policy document within your affiliation application.  If no documentation is included with your application, it will be assumed that you do not have alternative cover and will be purchasing this with your affiliation.

Personal Accident Insurance:

Clubs must evidence they have Personal Accident Insurance in place for the duration of the season for all of their teams.  This document should be uploaded within your Affiliation application.  No application will be approved without this document.

Player Registration:

As we continue to see the benefits of having players registered through the Whole Game System, we are aiming to have all email addresses for every player registered online. If would be extremely helpful to us and our leagues if clubs can enter their players email addresses (for players U16 a parent/guardian email address will be required.) as from the 2021/22 season all players must be registered though WGS.
