Last season we recognised the efforts of grounds teams who keep the pitches and facilities match ready all year round in the England Football and Charlton Baker Grassroots Football Awards.
Tracey Ferguson was rewarded for being an unsung hero who works tirelessly to ensure grounds are looked after and football can be played at Warminster Highbury Youth FC. Described as a stalwart of the club, she goes above and beyond, securing pitches, managing facilities and ensuring growth.
