Description: Circuit training involves cycling through several exercises that incorporate working different muscle groups to help improve strength and cardiovascular fitness. The benefits of circuit training include improved endurance, strength and metabolism. This class will also involve a mobility warm-up and finish with flexibility.

|Strength and Stretch
Description: Strength & Stretch is a low impact class that uses body weight, and some equipment, to improve balance, muscle strength, coordination and flexibility.
|10.15am - 11.15am
Description: Focus on the body and mind by practicing the ancient art of Tai-Chi. This low impact, gentle class is held weekly in the peaceful location of Green Lane Playing Fields.
