 Monday 12.00 - 13.00  Clare  Hatha Yoga for all   £6.00

Description: A 60 minute Hatha Yoga class for all abilities - all are welcome! Combining Pranayama (breath) and Asana (yoga postures) these classes will restore strength and energy to the body, giving you what you need to achieve a better sense of well-being. 



18.00 - 18.50  Lizi  Circuits   £6.00

Description: Circuit training involves cycling through several exercises that incorporate working different muscle groups to help improve strength and cardiovascular fitness. The benefits of circuit training include improved endurance, strength and metabolism. This class will also involve a mobility warm-up and finish with flexibility.

9.45 - 10.30   Lizi Strength and Stretch   £6.00

Description: Strength & Stretch is a low impact class that uses body weight, and some equipment, to improve balance, muscle strength, coordination and flexibility.

19.30 - 20.30  Clare  CORE & Restore Yoga   £6.00

Description: We start fast paced with 30 mins of CORE-focused yoga poses to get your heart pumping and boost those happy endorphins. This is followed by a gentle cool down stretch session before a chance to really relax and switch off at the end. The perfect combo!
