31/08/2021 - Salisbury FC Youth Coaching Opportunities

Salisbury FC Youth has been growing rapidly in recent years and is looking to fill a number of volunteer coaching roles to assist the current managers, particularly at U10, U11, U12. We are a Charter Standard club and pride ourselves that all coaches are trained to a minimum standard of Level 1 but many go on from there and achieve higher qualifications. 

We are looking for people who love football and bring enthusiasm and positive energy to their team, ensuring that all players feel welcome and safe and enjoy the game.

DBS checks, Safeguarding, Emergency First Aid and FA Level 1 courses will, of course, be paid for by the club as long as there is a 2 season commitment.

Larkhall Athletic Women who play in the Women's National League are looking for a Goalkeeping coach to join us as a volunteer to work with our group of keepers.

The applicant must be available for training Tuesday nights.

New coach wanted for a new Amesbury Junior FC under 7 team. Due to extra demand we are looking to setup a second under 7 team to play either friendlies or league matches on a Sunday morning.

Marlborough Town Ladies are looking for an assistant coach to join the management team for 2020/21 season. Level 1 is preferred but not essential. Training takes place on Wednesday nights and in the winter months Thursday.

22/06/2020 - Lydiard Youth Coach Opportunities


Lydiard Youth, a FA Charter Standard community club based at Kingsdown School in Swindon, are one of the largest youth clubs in Swindon, providing football for over 260 young people, across 19 teams. 


As a result of the continued growth, we specifically require a Lead Coach to look after our exciting U9 side for the upcoming season. The role can suit any age and experience or you may be looking for your first opportunity in coaching. Commitment and passion is all we require, in return, we will provide you with a Level 1 qualification funded by the club and the opportunity to access the Wiltshire FA Mentor programme for those that wish to have some additional help and support. This team will also have one of our other coaches available for support and assistance at Saturday morning training.

South Newton & Wishford FC, just north of Salisbury, are looking for an enthusiastic coach to join a new U8/U9 team ready for the 2020/21 season. FA Level 1 qualification is preferred but the club will fund this course for the right candidate. 03/02/2020 - Coaches Required for Ramsbury Football Club:

Ramsbury Football Club, established in 1873, has long been a family friendly grass roots village club in the Kennett valley that supports 150 children from Under 6s to Under 16s from the local community. We currently have a required Level 2 Coach and a number of Level 1 Coaches for our 8 teams, but with a few departing need new coaches to join us.

FC Abbeymeads , Formed in 2003, a FA Charter Standard Community club and runner up in the FA’s Grassroots club of the year award,   are now Swindon and surrounding areas largest youth football club.  With ongoing expansion we are looking for new coaches to further grow our fun and friendly club and we have vacancies from U7s upwards in both our Mixed teams and girls only teams.

You could already be qualified as a coach, or fancy taking up the challenge.  If you haven’t got qualifications, but have the enthusiasm, don’t worry,  we will give you a club mentor and pay for you to take your Level 1 and even Level 2 coaching badges.

The Club that puts an emphasis on improving players through coaching, player development and fun!   FC Abbeymeads, a Charter Standard Community Club and prestigious Nike partner club, who have been providing football at a not for profit basis for over 15 years,based in Swindon have been expanding rapidly.  Already with over 25 youth teams (both boys and girls, girls only teams, Adult section and newly formed ability counts and mini meads) we provide football for 4 year olds upwards in three different leagues around Wiltshire.  With an exciting expansion plan taking us forward we urgently need more coaches and managers for team and new projects.  If you are already qualified ad want to continue your coaching pathway we will help you not just with your Level One coaching badge but will assist up to UEFA qualifications.  You may be an aspiring coach, maybe a parent wanting to coach or you just want to coach - either way we will take away the financial burden for you to take your qualifications and also provide a mentor through your coaching pathway.
