Wilts FA govern and support over 1,000 teams from mini soccer to veterans, covering all affiliated football. We sanction all local leagues and support over 300 referees and over 700 licensed coaches.

Wilts FA employ 13 staff. We have 8 Directors to run the Business and currently 25 Council Members to support the running of football. Wilts FA made changes to our governance structure in 2016 to be more representative of local football and we are now assessing whether there is the appetite for the wider football community to be involved and for the organisation to be more inclusive.
