Wiltshire FA are delighted to announce our new management teams for the 2018/19 season.

We had a really high standard of applications for the roles on offer and have therefore decided to appoint a Manager and a Head Coach for each age group to ensure a professional looking backroom team.

Their profiles can be found below:

U18s

Stuart Beeho  (Manager) – Stuart has been involved with coaching and managing football teams for 18 years, most of which has been in local senior football and 8 years in Youth Development.  Stuart is currently First Team assistant manager at Corsham Town and is responsible for providing support to first team manager, delivering training sessions supporting in planning, for match days and liaising, with reserve and U18s management team.  Stuart’s experience in youth football includes a 2 year stint as U18’s manager at Larkhall Athletic, as well as roles at AFD Bath working with their older age groups. 

James Goddard (Head Coach) – James currently coaches at the Wiltshire Girls Advanced Coaching Centre having previously been First Team Manager at Toolstation Western League team Westbury United.  James has youth coaching experience with Westbury United U18s in The Wiltshire Floodlight League where he was coach for a season. 

U16s

Terry McCosh (Manager) – Terry has been coaching players, of all ages (including U15-U18) since 2000 with player development as his prime and key focus. To further aid and build upon his coaching ethos and aims Terry achieved the FA Youth Award in 2007. Terry is further enrolled on this year’s UEFA B course.

Terry’s key skills as a coach include the ability to enthuse and inspire players as well as having a good knowledge of the county representative set up and local U16s landscape as a Mid Wilts league official and having coached this age group at Chippenham Town Youth 

Steve Chadwick (Head Coach) – Steve has previously coached at grassroots level for Malmesbury Youth at U15, U16 and U18. He is currently coaching for FC Wilts based at Beversbrook who play in the JPL.  Steve is also lead coach for the Development Team at Royal Wootton Bassett Town FC where he is responsible for bringing youth players into the Development Team and preparing them to move into the First Team.  Steve is currently studying for his UEFA B Qulification and will be an excellent addition to the coaching team.
