Assistant Coach Wanted

Unique Charter Standard Club

Unique Charter Standard club Salisbury Rovers FC continues to grow, and they are looking for a progressive assistant coach to join their existing coaching team.

Based in the heart of Salisbury, the club works across a variety of settings – delivering a free, FA award-winning community project, as well as other projects targeting specific groups and areas, and an FA SSE Wildcat club.

The club are now looking for a qualified coach to join their Saturday club sessions and support the work of their experienced Head Coach who holds a UEFA B Licence as well as the full FA Youth Award.  The club sessions lie at the heart of the club, offering a high-quality and fun coaching environment which prioritises children’s all-round development.

These sessions run from 9am -12noon each week at Five Rivers Leisure Centre.

        Applicants should:

  • be at least Level 1 qualified;

  • be able to understand and deliver on our progressive development philosophy;

  • be willing to work collaboratively; and

  • have high professional and personal standards.

    In return they can offer:

  • the opportunity to work in a fun, collaborative and progressive environment;

  • the chance to coach children across age groups from 5 to 15;

  • funding for a Level 2 qualification for the right person;

  • a good hourly rate;

  • the possibility to work in community project sessions; and

  • the opportunity to contribute to our unique football development pathway.
