The Wiltshire FA welcomes a new Chief Executive Officer
The Wiltshire County FA have appointed Oliver Selfe as their new Chief Executive Officer.
Ollie joins The Wiltshire County FA from The Football Association where he has spent the past 4 years strategically leading The FAs work in Further & Higher Education. Ollie has considerable experience in football, which spans across the grassroots and professional game. This includes volunteering within a number of FA Charter Standard Clubs and working at the Surrey County FA, where he established the Surrey ‘Football for All’ pan disability league and was the Director of Disability Centre of Excellence at Fulham F.C Foundation. Ollie holds a UEFA ‘B’ coaching license, is an FA Tutor and in a former life had a short spell playing in the professional game.
Ollie still enjoys keeping fit and currently laces up his boots once a week to participate in a local veteran team. When he is not working or playing football he can be found riding his mountain bike in the Surrey Hills.
Ollie quotes ‘This is a very exciting time for Wiltshire County FA, as we begin to implement our new corporate strategy to 2021 and accelerate plans for the relocation of the HQ to Devizes. I believe my passion for developing collaborative partnerships, leading teams and formulating strategy will support the Wiltshire County FA to fulfil its ambitions to 2021. I welcome talking with any organisation that is seeking a partnership within grassroots football to get in touch’.
Ollie can be contacted by email to Oliver.Selfe@WiltshireFA.com and Telephone via 07711 202532
We wish Ollie all the best in his new role.
